Ok, i'll kick start first…

Que: Do any body know how to show the sparkling of welding, either arc or spot glow in the animation..?

Back ground : In  Fanuc weldPro, we will be able to see the arc, when the arc start executes, in the animation..

Similarly in Cim station the spark glow can be visualised while the weld gun closes…

Is this possible in I-grip?

Yes it is possible to add a spark to your simulation. Are you using DELMIA D5 or V5 because this will determine how to add it to your simulation.

I've the same problem. I was searching in V5R19 documentation, but without result. Can you write how to add the sparks into spot welding simulation ( Delmia V5R19)?

I would be very grateful for answer.

Sorry for the delay but I just posted a tutorial on how to add a spark to your V5 welding program. Its a manual way of doing things for now but at least there is a way to do it.
